Hi, my name is Yvainh Torres, and I’m reaching out with hope that friends, family, and the motorcycle community can rally together to support my dear son Taylor Lipinski, whose life was forever changed by a tragic motorcycle accident.

Taylor’s story begins about a year before the accident, when he set a personal goal to buy his own motorcycle. He worked relentlessly—long hours and nonstop effort—doing everything he could to turn that dream into reality. When he finally purchased his motorcycle, it represented pride, independence, and everything he had worked so hard to achieve.

Exactly one month after buying his motorcycle, Taylor’s life changed in an instant.

On September 30, 2025, Taylor was riding through an intersection when another vehicle entered his path, leaving him no time to react. The impact was catastrophic. Taylor’s head and face absorbed much of the force, resulting in severe and permanent vision loss, multiple spinal fractures, a traumatic brain injury, and serious internal injuries. His jaw was broken and wired shut, his nose was fractured in multiple places, and he remained in a coma for an entire month. Today, he continues to face extensive medical, dental, and neurological challenges as he works through recovery.

At the scene of the accident, Tammi—a bystander and Taylor’s angel— acted with incredible courage and compassion. She immediately began CPR, and her selfless actions helped save Taylor’s life. Because of Tammi’s bravery, Taylor was given a second chance that day. She is, and always will be, his angel.

Before the accident, Taylor was building a future he was deeply proud of. He graduated as valedictorian from TCAT’s welding program and was known for his determination, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed. Now, he faces a long and uncertain road forward—adapting to injuries that have permanently changed his life.

Taylor has shared that the donations raised will be used to help cover his everyday living expenses during recovery and to support his angel Tammi, who is in desperate need of a kidney transplant.
