My name is Steven B. Hendley and my good friend Ronnie Adams was in a horrible accident on December 11th that turned his life upside down.

Before the accident, Ronnie worked as a construction supervisor and was fully supporting his family. Since the accident, he has not been able to return to work due to his current physical limitations. At this time, he is restricted from lifting more than 10 pounds, which prevents him from performing the type of work he has relied on to earn a living.

Ronnie is also a widower, having lost his wife in October 2023. He is the father of three children and continues to financially support two of them to the best of his ability.

Ronnie has always been the primary provider for his family. With no income since the accident, everyday expenses such as housing, utilities, food, and basic necessities have become extremely difficult to manage.

Despite his own hardships, Ronnie has a long history of helping others and has volunteered with Star of Hope, giving back to those in need.

This fundraiser is intended to help cover basic living expenses and short-term financial support while Ronnie focuses on recovery and works toward returning to stability. These funds are not a settlement, reimbursement, or replacement for any insurance or legal claims, but simply a way for friends, family, and the community to help during a difficult time.
