Hi, my name is Bryan Murillo, and I’m from Merced, California. I never expected to be asking for help, but after a serious motorcycle accident, I’m struggling to get through this recovery period.

On February 6, 2026, I was riding my motorcycle southbound on M Street, a five-lane roadway. I was in the right lane when a woman waiting to turn left into a credit union suddenly turned in front of me. I tried to avoid the collision, but she braked across two lanes, leaving me with no way to evade her.

I struck the rear passenger side of her vehicle and was thrown from my motorcycle, flying across the car and rolling four to five times on the roadway. Police arrived shortly after, a report was made, and I was transported by EMT to Modesto for further evaluation and imaging.

As a result of the crash, I suffered a swollen right foot, bruising on my left hand, and road rash on my left arm and right leg, along with ongoing pain that makes it difficult to move normally.

Before the accident, I was working as a mechanic at RS Motorsports in Merced, a physically demanding job that I’m currently unable to perform due to my injuries. Being unable to work while recovering has made this an incredibly difficult time.
