I am writing this story while dealing with a tremendous amount of pain, and I honestly cannot believe that I am in this position.

This past Wednesday, I was involved in a motorcycle accident while on my way to work when another vehicle pulled in front of me, leaving me with no opportunity to avoid a collision.

I was rushed to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed me with a fractured hip, a broken nose, and a serious knee injury that required eight stitches. I am currently having a difficult time walking and have been placed on bed rest while I recover.

Further medical evaluation is still needed to determine whether there is any nerve damage to my knee. Right now, there are still many unanswered questions about what my recovery will look like in the weeks and months ahead.

At the time of the accident, I was working as a Service Manager for an HVAC company. I genuinely loved my job, the people I worked with, and the customers I had the opportunity to serve every day.

The most important part of my life is my family. The love of my life is my wife, and together we are raising our amazing 13 year old daughter. I am also blessed to have wonderful nieces and nephews, along with my wife's niece, who are all a very important part of our lives. Family means everything to me, and they are my motivation to keep pushing forward through this difficult time.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am usually the first person to help someone in need and the last person to ask for help myself.

With the accident happening only days ago, my family and I are still trying to process everything while focusing on recovery and healing. Losing my income while I am unable to work will be difficult for our family, and there is uncertainty about how long my recovery may take.

The funds raised will help with medical expenses and everyday living expenses while I focus on healing and getting back on my feet.
