Hi everyone, my name is Dencie McCause, and what started as an exciting ride for my brother, Norman Panther, turned tragic just 18 miles after he picked up his bike.

On Saturday, February 28th, shortly after purchasing his bike, Norman was riding on the highway when he encountered a dangerous gap in the roadway that was several inches wide. His motorcycle tire became caught in the gap, causing him to lose control and crash. What should have been a normal ride quickly turned into a life-threatening accident. He was rushed to the trauma unit where doctors worked on him for six hours. Norman suffered a broken shoulder blade, several broken ribs, deep cuts to his head and nose, and a badly injured finger that required twelve stitches. He may also be dealing with a neck injury. Right now Norman says he feels like a Mack truck ran him over and is in a tremendous amount of pain.

Norman has worked incredibly hard to turn his life around. After being incarcerated for 27½ years, he committed himself to building a better life and proving that people can change. Norman has always been a hardworking man who believes in earning his way forward. He worked as a warehouse tire driver for Robertson Tire Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a job he truly enjoyed and took great pride in. To make extra money and support himself even more, he also drove for Uber and DoorDash.

Eleven months ago, Norman married the love of his life. She had always been worried about him riding a motorcycle, and sadly her biggest fear became reality.

Norman is someone who truly believes in people and trusts in the goodness of others. He has always been the kind of person willing to work hard and help others whenever he could. Now he is facing a long and painful recovery and will not be able to work while he heals.

We are asking for help to cover Norman’s upcoming medical bills and living expenses during this difficult time. Norman has built a large following on TikTok and hopes the community he has connected with there, along with the kindness of others, can help support him as he works to recover.
