I can't believe that I am writing this.

Asking for help has never come easy to me. I've always tried to work hard, take care of my responsibilities, and help others whenever I could. Today, I find myself in the difficult position of needing help myself.

On June 8, 2026, I was on my way to pick up my 12 year old son, Parker, when my life changed in an instant.

As I was traveling on Highway 174, another driver pulled out in front of me and entered the roadway in a way that blocked both lanes of travel. I did everything I could to avoid the collision, but there was nowhere for me to go.

Looking back, I thank God that the accident was not even worse.

I spent nine days in the hospital recovering from the injuries I suffered in the crash. My injuries included a fractured femur, a fractured tibia, a clavicle that was broken completely in half, and a fracture to my L3 vertebra.

To date, I have undergone two surgeries on my right leg and shoulder, and I still have a long road ahead of me. Right now, I am confined to a wheelchair and staying with my loving mom while I recover and regain my strength.

I am self-employed as a laborer, and unfortunately, being unable to work means there is currently no income coming in while I heal.

The most important person in my life is my son, Parker. He means everything to me and is my motivation to keep fighting through the difficult days ahead.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am usually the first person to help someone else and the last person to ask for help myself.

The road to recovery is going to be long, but I am determined to get through it one day at a time.

The funds raised will help with medical expenses and everyday living expenses while I recover and work toward getting back on my feet.
