I never imagined I would be writing a story like this.

On June 2, 2026, I was on my way home from work when I was involved in a motorcycle accident that left me injured and facing a difficult road ahead.

I was rushed to the hospital, where I remained for two days while doctors treated my injuries. I suffered a dislocated left shoulder, a broken right index finger, significant soft tissue damage to my right foot, a severely injured right kneecap, and road rash.

I also require an MRI and CT scan to determine the full extent of the damage to my shoulder and what additional treatment may be required. Right now, there are still many unanswered questions about my recovery.

I work as an arborist, and I enjoy the crew I work with every day. Unfortunately, because of my injuries, I have been unable to return to work since the accident. Being off work has also meant being without income while I focus on healing.

The most important person in my life is my 11 year old daughter. She means the world to me and is my motivation to keep pushing forward through this recovery.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am not someone who likes asking for help. I have always tried to work hard, take care of my responsibilities, and do things on my own. However, this accident has put me in a position where I need support while I recover.

With the accident happening only weeks ago, I am still trying to process everything while focusing on healing and getting answers about the extent of my injuries. Recovery is taking time, and there is still uncertainty about what lies ahead.

The funds raised will help with medical expenses and everyday living expenses while I am unable to work and recover from my injuries.
