Hi Everyone,

My name is Emmanuel Davidson, and I never imagined I would be in a position where I’d need to ask for help like this.

This past Saturday, I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident when I was rear-ended. The impact left me with multiple injuries, including road rash, as well as injuries to my knee, back, neck, toe, and whiplash. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, and since then, I’ve been focused on managing the pain and starting the recovery process.

I’m a Veteran and a welder by trade—someone who takes pride in working hard and providing for myself. If I’m not working, I’m not earning, and unfortunately, my injuries will keep me off the job for several weeks.

Outside of work, I’ve always tried to give back however I can. I regularly volunteer to support other veterans through programs like Meals on Wheels, and I’ve always believed in showing up for others when they need it most.

Now, I’m the one who needs that support.

This accident has created an unexpected financial burden, with medical expenses and everyday living costs continuing while I’m unable to work. The road to recovery is going to take time, and the added stress of financial pressure makes it even more difficult.
