Hello. My name is Mark-Henry (Dawson) Bellomy, and I never imagined I would be writing something like this.

On March 11, 2026, I was on my way to work when my life changed in an instant.

I was riding my motorcycle on Mansell Road in Alpharetta, Georgia, when a minivan suddenly merged into my lane. I had no time to react. I collided with the back of the vehicle, was thrown over it, and crashed into the rear windshield.

I am very lucky to be alive, and I truly believe that God was watching over me that day.

The accident left me with serious, life-threatening injuries — including a laceration to my neck, collapsed lungs, significant tissue loss in my left hand, and injuries to my left shoulder, ribs, hip, back, and neck. I also suffered severe blood loss.

I was in the hospital for several days receiving emergency treatment, and I am now facing a long and difficult recovery.

Because of the blood loss, I have very low energy and struggle just to stand. I’m having a hard time walking due to my hip injury and lifting my left arm, which makes even basic daily tasks incredibly difficult.

I work as a Technician at Regal Nissan in Roswell, GA, and I truly love the people I work with. Being unable to work right now has been incredibly tough, not just financially, but emotionally as well.

Anyone who knows me knows that I’m always willing to help others. I’ve spent years helping family and friends with mechanical work, never asking for anything in return. I’ve always tried to be the first person to step up when someone needed help.

Now, I find myself in a position where I need help.

With my injuries, I am unable to work, and I’m facing growing medical bills along with everyday living expenses while I recover. The road ahead is going to take time, strength, and support.

More than anything, I ask for your prayers. Your prayers for healing, strength, and guidance mean everything to me and my family right now. If you’re able to also support financially, it would be a tremendous blessing and help ease the burden during this time.
