I can't believe I'm writing this story.

Asking for help has never come easy to me, but today I don't have much of a choice.

On July 10, 2026, I was involved in a motorcycle accident that has completely turned my family's life upside down.

While riding that day, I was involved in a collision with another vehicle that left me seriously injured. Everything happened so fast, and within moments, my life changed.

I suffered a fractured ankle and extensive road rash across my right arm, shoulder, back, face, elbow, and tailbone, along with severe pain in my left glute. I'm now wearing a walking boot, and getting around on crutches is incredibly difficult because of the painful road rash.

I'll be out of work for at least six weeks, and unfortunately, I won't be receiving a paycheck during that time.

I work as a Manager at Wendy's, and I truly love my team and the customers we serve. Being away from work has been one of the hardest parts of this experience.

The greatest blessings in my life are my amazing wife and our beautiful 7-month-old daughter. As the primary provider for our family, losing my income has created an overwhelming financial burden at a time when we need it most. We have already spent more than $100 on bandages alone, and the medical expenses continue to add up.

For the past 21 months, I have remained drug-free and have been an active member of Narcotics Anonymous. Recovery has taught me humility, perseverance, and the importance of leaning on others when life gets difficult. While asking for help isn't easy, I'm doing it now for my family.

The funds raised will help with medical expenses and everyday living expenses while I recover and work toward getting back on my feet.
